Arrival Information
Participants arriving Sunday, July 30 will be able to pick up keys for their housing from the Registration Table in the Peterson Student Center (see main campus map) between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. People arriving on Sunday after 6:00pm should check in at the switchboard in the Peterson Student Center between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm. If arriving later than 10:00 pm, try to find a campus security guard. They are stationed behind the Peterson Student Center and drive a tan jeep. If that fails, first try to find a campus phone (eg. in the coffee shop in the Student Center) and dial 0 to reach security. Or you can page the on-call person at 988-0183. If all else fails, or if you are lost or confused, you can call Josh at home (505)982-8640 or try the workshop cell phone (505)699-0427.
If you think you may arrive after 10:00 pm, please let the organizers know (workshop@gita.lanl.gov) so that we can warn the security guards to look out for you. Arrivals Monday through Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm should go to the Conference Services office in the lower level of Weigle, the building with the bell tower (see main campus map).
